Cancellation Policy & Membership Agreement

Cancellation of Services

We require at least 24 hours' advance notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in a full charge for the booked service. If a service is booked less than 24 hours in advance, it cannot be canceled.

Membership Agreement

This membership agreement will remain in effect until one of the following occurs:

*If a membership is canceled before the 12-month period, the client will be charged for the full commitment duration.
*This agreement may be immediately terminated if either party breaches its terms.
*Membership will also terminate upon the death of the member, dissolution of the clinic, or bankruptcy/insolvency of ResTOR Longevity Clinic.

Refunds & Credits

If a medical professional is unable to perform the booked service due to reasons beyond the patient’s control (excluding medical conditions or health concerns), the patient will receive a full refund or credit.

ResTOR Longevity Clinic does not accept returns or guarantee refunds for any products once they have left the pharmacy, including:

*NAD Injections
*NAD Nasal Spray
*Peptide Therapy
*Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
*Medical Weight Loss Treatments

Authorization to Charge

By using our booking services, you authorize ResTOR Longevity Clinic to automatically charge your credit card (or other payment method) for applicable fees, including taxes.

Misrepresentations

If you misrepresent any personal information (e.g., age, medical history) during booking, ResTOR Longevity Clinic reserves the right to cancel the appointment without notice and charge the full amount.

If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of your appointment, the service will not be performed, and you will be charged in full.

Subscription Policy

All subscription-based products require a minimum commitment of 3 to 4 months, depending on the product.
