About ResTOR Longevity
resTOR Approach
What does resTOR Longevity do?
At resTOR Longevity Clinic, our services use the latest scientific research and cutting-edge technologies to provide you with a personalized and evidence-based approach to your health and wellness. Our doctor, Dr. Gregory Burzynski, is a highly trained expert in the field of integrative medicine, and we use his expertise to create a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your unique needs. We also offer ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that you are making progress towards your health goals. At resTOR, we are committed to empowering you to achieve a healthier and expanded lifespan.
How is resTOR Longevity different from a regular doctor or a concierge medical practice?
We are designed to work alongside your primary care physician — not replace them. Our approach complements your regular healthcare by emphasizing advanced diagnostics and proactive prevention. While your PCP or concierge doctor manages your overall health, resTOR delivers a deep, data-driven analysis to uncover potential risks long before symptoms appear.
Following your comprehensive assessment, our medical team compiles your results into a clear, actionable report that pinpoints key health risks and outlines personalized recommendations.
You’ll have a dedicated review with the physician to walk through your findings and next steps. Your report can be shared with your primary doctor, empowering them to integrate these insights into your overall care plan.

I feel healthy and get regular checkups — what additional insights can resTOR provide about my health?
Many serious health issues can develop quietly, without any obvious warning signs. Conditions like heart disease, cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic imbalances often progress for years before they’re clinically detected. Traditional checkups, which usually rely on standard blood work and physical exams, often aren’t detailed enough to uncover these early risks.
resTOR's advanced testing goes deeper, detecting potential health concerns long before symptoms arise. This proactive approach empowers you to address risks early and make informed decisions about your well-being. In fact, many members have uncovered significant — even urgent — health findings despite feeling perfectly healthy at the time of their assessment.
At what age is it ideal to begin resTOR?
resTOR supports people at every stage of life. For younger adults, it’s a way to establish a strong health baseline and uncover early indicators of potential risks long before they become problems. Those in midlife gain a deeper understanding of emerging health concerns, empowering them to take proactive, targeted action to stay ahead of disease and maintain vitality.
Older adults turn to resTOR to age with confidence — fine-tuning metabolic, heart, and brain health to preserve function and quality of life for years to come. There’s no single “perfect” age to begin, but starting sooner gives you more time and insight to shape your long-term health trajectory.
Is resTOR Longevity suitable for both men and women?
resTOR assessments focus on the health risks that matter most—cardiovascular disease, cancer screening, metabolic health, neurodegenerative risk, and quality-of-life metrics—relevant to people of all genders. For women specifically, resTOR goes deeper on conditions often under-evaluated in routine care, including osteoporosis as well as coronary heart disease and stroke risk. By pairing advanced diagnostics with personalized, data-driven guidance, resTOR helps individuals take charge of long-term health and longevity.
What to Expect at a resTOR Visit
Your resTOR Longevity Visit, Explained
The resTOR Longevity visit takes place in our clinic where we conduct a comprehensive series of assessments.
What health assessments are part of my resTOR evaluation?
resTOR Longevity platform delivers high-level assessments for a comprehensive snapshot. Your selection is based on your membership level.
Why are these tests part of my evaluation?
resTOR's assessment suite targets both lifespan and healthspan—helping you live longer and feel better while you do. Our disease-risk panel focuses on the “Four Horsemen” of chronic illness—cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurodegeneration, and metabolic dysfunction—the primary drivers of mortality. Early detection supports proactive interventions that can extend life.
On the healthspan side, we measure grip strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, and movement quality to gauge physical resilience. Together, risk identification plus performance testing delivers a comprehensive longevity plan.
Does resTOR screen for cancer?
resTOR delivers a comprehensive cancer-screening program that complements standard, guideline-based protocols. The assessment combines whole-body MRI—to survey multiple organ systems for abnormalities—with a multi-cancer early-detection blood test that evaluates circulating tumor signals. We also include genetic testing to clarify hereditary risk and guide proactive prevention. While no single method is definitive, the integration of imaging, molecular diagnostics, and genomics strengthens early-detection potential.
Your Test Results and Next Steps
What personalized insights will I get about my health from resTOR?
The resTOR team delivers a customized results report at every clinical milestone. Each membership includes a detailed summary outlining your test results, personalized risk profile, and tailored health goals. You’ll review these findings with our physician, who will explain your key insights and help you plan next steps.
How will this assessment benefit me if everything appears normal?
Your full assessment establishes a detailed baseline of your health, making it easier to monitor changes over time and identify subtle shifts before they become medically significant.
Even if no immediate concerns are found, our clinical team will partner with you to focus on the most impactful areas for reducing future risk and supporting long-term well-being.

Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for my membership?

We’re able to accept HSA/FSA debit cards for payment. Please note, we don’t issue superbills or fully itemized invoices, which are often required for medical reimbursement.
